How can I return the product or products I ordered online?
For this, please send an e-mail to İletişim@atelier38.store with your order number, product name and reason for return. You can send your unused and unmodified products, which you have purchased from www.atelier38.store, within 14 days from the invoice date free of charge via DHL Express, together with your invoice or receipt.

How can I change the product or products in my online order?
There is no exchange option for online orders. However, you can return your order for FREE within the specified time and place a new order.
Do I have to pay any fees when returning the product or products in my order?
No, you can return all your standard shipments free of charge with DHL Express.
When will I receive the refunds of the product or products I return?
Cancellation and refund of orders are made to the credit card with which the payment was made within 1-7 business days after the products reach our warehouse.
Under what conditions can I return the products in my order?
In order to return the product or products in your order, the following conditions must be met, otherwise your return request will not be accepted.
- You must send your return package within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
- The product(s) must not have been used.
- The product/products labels must be on the product and in an undamaged condition.
- Shoes must not have be worn outside, there should be no traces of dirt or wear.
- Due to our hygiene policy, returns of underwear, swimwear/bikini and earrings etc. are not allowed. Accessories such as these are strictly non-refundable.
- Masks and visor products are strictly non-refundable due to hygiene conditions.
- Products with a name or date of your choice, or otherwise custom-made for you, are not subject to return or exchange (we are sure you can find this reasonable)
